At Beyond985, it’s truly an honor to create something special on a piece you’ve chosen.
Please note that embroidery is a permanent process that involves detailed stitching, tension, and fabric interaction. Because every item is unique, results can vary, and there is always a risk of damage during the process.
By choosing to provide your own item, you acknowledge and accept that all work is completed at your own risk.
Beyond985 is not responsible for any damage, alteration, or outcome of customer-supplied items. This includes, but is not limited to, puckering, fabric distortion, color variation, or structural damage.
Due to the nature of custom embroidery, customer-provided items cannot be replaced, refunded, or reimbursed for any reason.
If your item holds significant value, whether sentimental or monetary, I kindly recommend selecting one of our provided pieces instead.
By proceeding, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
